Operations Managers occupy a central position within the company. They form the content of events, invite the right participants, decide on keynotes and topics.

At the event itself, Operations Managers play a representative and moderator (for Think Tank Rounds and Summaries) role.

Our Customer Success team helps customers get the most out of our product or service. This requires close coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Event Departments. Your tasks

  • In cooperation with the sales team, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers
  • You will be involved in the complete sales cycle: from the first contact to the offer preparation of our sponsors, as well as the support of existing customers and expansion of customer relations (current rebook rate from 80% and upwards)
  • You actively support contract negotiation and contract conclusion
  • You ensure contact data maintenance and qualification of contacts
  • You work in the Sales Department with the help of the most modern and innovative IT support and a unique concept without competition
