Operations managers occupy a central position within the company. They form the content of events, invite the right participants, decide on keynotes and topics. At the event itself, Operations Managers play as representative and moderator (for Think Tank Rounds and Summaries) role. Network Circle is increasingly pursuing a scientific approach by providing Executive Operations support our participants with analysis, exploration and researching of future topics.

For this purpose, Network Circle is increasingly attracting experienced newcomers from Conference and Event Management, Masteral and Doctorate degree holders to join the company.

Our Customer Success team helps customers get the most out of our product or service. This requires close coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Event Departments. As with Sales and Marketing, this is a sales-generating team. Customer Success offers a proactive way to promote, do cross-selling and upsell add ons to help our customers succeed.

  • Completed economic studies or commercial training
  • 1-3 years professional experience in sales
